Ben Welborn

Raised on the North Shore, Ben is a “Kauai Boy” at heart who is ready to share his intimate knowledge of Kauai’s people, places, and magic. A licensed broker and accomplished land-use consultant (with extensive knowledge of Kauai’s regulatory environment) he offers unparalleled representation and valuable insights to his clients.

Ben attended grade school in Hanalei, high school in Kapa'a, and then the University of Colorado, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in international business. Following college, he satisfied his wanderlust by traveling extensively to destinations such as Nepal, Tahiti, New Zealand, Indonesia, and Mexico. He also worked as a boat captain guiding tours along Kauai’s famed Na Pali Coast and as a fly-fishing guide in the Alaska Bristol Bay.

While not working, you will likely find Ben surfing, fishing, or riding his mountain bike. A consummate professional with a passion for fun – working with Ben is sure to be an adventure and a success.
