David Hargreaves

In late 2022, David joined forces with Jonathan Bruington to create BruingtonHargreaves to build on our collective success over the past few years as the highest performing individual agents in W Real Estate.

Between us over the past year, we have completed over 60 transactions with a combined value of over $70m in sales across Sonoma County covering Healdsburg, Windsor, Santa Rosa, Russian River and Sebastopol.

David was a late starter in real estate only coming into the real estate off the back of a successful marketing career having set up his own successful agency in the UK working with blue chip brands. After four years as an agent, David has fast become one of the top agents within Sonoma County picking up various awards and accolades along the way.

His business has grown off the back of working with Bay Area buyers and sellers looking to buy and sell higher end homes in wine country either as a second home, a vacation rental investment property or moving to the area as part of their plans to work less and live more!

Moving from the UK 15 years ago, David lives in Healdsburg with his wife, Nancy, and loves everything that wine country has to offer including cycling, food, wine and photography. In his spare time he love heading off in his Adventure sprinter van and travelling to far off places such as the Arctic.
