Jesse Laner was born and raised in Alaska. He attended University of Alaska Fairbanks where he pursued his collegiate basketball career and his degree in Business Administration and Management. He relocated to Northern Colorado in 2003, and began his real estate career in 2008. He and John Simmons founded C3 Real Estate Solutions in 2012. The brokerage has grown from the original two partners to more than 150 agents, with offices across Northern Colorado and Summit County. Under John’s and Jesse’s leadership, C3 has established itself as a premier real estate company in the region with annual sales volume surpassing $1Billion. C3 provides a robust offering of services that includes residential and commercial brokerages, a Luxury division as well as Farm and Ranch division. C3 is vertically integrated, owning their own mortgage, title, and property management businesses.
