Having been born and raised here in Ottawa, I’m very in tune with the local market. After living downtown with my fiancé, we got married and moved out to the burbs a.k.a. Barrhaven. A few years after having our second child, my family and I moved to Manotick, where I grew up.
My life has taken me all across this beautiful city and now so does my job.
I have an honours bachelor of commerce degree (Bcomm), with a specialization in marketing. This experience has provided me with valuable skills that I use daily to effectively market the team’s listings, negotiate offers, and build educational material for both Buyers and Sellers.
Prior to becoming a Realtor, I did a 5-year stint in high-tech, as a marketer. I realized that role wasn’t fulfilling & began working as a Realtor and growing my Royal LePage Franchise. It’s been over a decade since I began my real estate journey and I am unbelievably proud of the passionate & professional team we’ve assembled.
My team & I proudly support Make a Wish Canada, the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation, and have run a Carbon Neutral Brokerage for many years now. As active members of our community, we take pride in supporting local foundations to help make Ottawa home for everyone.
My goal is to ensure my clients have an easy, stress-free experience when working with myself and my team. I work hard to ensure each client gets my full range of skills & knowledge when buying or selling.

When away from the office I truly enjoy spending time with my family, whether that be walking the dog, playing hockey, coaching my son’s team, traveling or spending time with my wife.

The process of listing a property was a great experience with the Adam Mills Team. We met briefly at our property to discuss our home as well as our expectations. We then met at Adam’s office a few days later to firm up the details of the listing and to review the marketing strategies planned to get the property sold. Adam and his team are extremely professional, efficient and effective. They made not a single misstep and I can not think of a thing that he and his team should change or tweak to make it better. If that was all, I would rate them about 4 stars. What puts them over the top is the access to skilled labour. I required windows and door replacement, electrical work, flooring and a furnace replacement. Each and every professional was extremely fast with superior skill and an incredibly low price. This was mind blowing to me. My house closed in November and they took possession in December. If I had to track down professionals myself, I wouldn't be on the market until next summer at the earliest. And who knows what quality and price.
