Chelsey Franklin

Chelsey is a former golfer for the University of Oklahoma, where she graduated with a B.A. in Communications and a Master’s Degree in Adult and Higher Education. She started her career in real estate in 2012 after competing in the Big 12 Championship. Since then, Chelsey has sold over 1,000 homes as an individual agent. She founded The Chelsey Franklin Group in 2016. The Chelsey Franklin Group consists of four agents who assists buyers and sellers across the front range. Chelsey’s group specializes in residential sales ranging from attached properties to custom home builds and developments.

In addition to helping buyers and sellers realize their real estate dreams, Chelsey develops residential property across the Denver Metro and is an active real estate investor! She owns 35 rental properties and has developed $40,000,000 of residential real estate over the last 5 years! Chelsey loves walking homes with clients and creating a vision for what a space can be! More importantly, she coaches clients on how to build wealth over time with real estate.

Outside of work, Chelsey enjoys golf, hiking, camping and exploring Colorado with her family! She also competes in equestrian showmanship on her noble steed, The Next Flirt (AKA Lady), and makes time to compete in a few body building shows per year!
