In June of 2009, Capstone Realty opened its doors as the real estate market was on the decline both locally and nationally. Capstone began with twelve agents and a mission to provide unsurpassed service to the community while creating a culture that provides continuing education and integrity among its agents.

In 2022 Capstone solidified itself as the largest independent brokerage in the state of Alabama by partnering with Birmingham-based ARC Realty. While the branding remains separate, the shared leadership, personnel, tools, and technology have created a competitive advantage for both our agents and clients. The two brands provide agents with a competitive advantage through marketing, technology, and real estate services as well as provide a personalized approach with every client.
