Meet David Emory. David has been a trusted and well-known REALTOR® serving all Over-the-Mountain communities in and around Birmingham. He's served as both an agent for 37 years and a Broker/Owner with a major franchise for over 23 years. In 2000, he and his wife, Rozanne, opened their own company and a few years later added a second office. As an agent, he enjoyed Top Producer status consistently as well as being the agent in Birmingham for several years. As a broker, he enjoyed having the #1 office as a franchisee in the Birmingham area, state and region year after year. He and Rozanne were recognized as Recruiters of the Year and Brokers of the Year. Their offices were among the top-producing offices year after year. David has achieved recognition as Birmingham's Broker of the Year. In recent years he received the highest award given to any real estate agent in Birmingham. This award is the prestigious Tom Rast Award, presented by The Birmingham Association of REALTORS®. The Tom Rast President's Cup is a lifetime achievement award to honor a REALTOR® who has demonstrated sales achievement, ethical conduct, professionalism, knowledge, and cooperation in business dealings. Candidates must have been a continuous member of the Association for 25 years or longer.
