Catherine has spent most of their life in South Carolina, 10 of those years on Folly Beach, and 4 years on James Island. Cat moved to Costa Rica to surf for a year and eventually landed in Santa Cruz, CA. Cat returned home to the beach in 2019.
The transition into real estate has felt natural as Cat has spent most of their life working in and running restaurants and growing as an entrepreneur. Cat brings a diverse experience to your real estate needs and will always prioritize clients. Cat enjoys surfing, playing soccer and traveling to explore new places and waves. Most of all Cat enjoys spending quality time with family. However, alongside family what is most important to Cat is maintaining strong, personal connections over time.
