Betsy Alaimo

Betsy Alaimo is a full-time Luxury Real Estate Advisor. Her interest in becoming licensed many moons ago began when she bought and sold her own personal properties. Later, Betsy worked for several national real estate franchises, helping others buy and sell residential properties.

Betsy specifically worked with Italian investors who sought residential properties in Florida to hold and rent on a five-year plan. They purchased a cache of 35 homes in and around Central Florida. She then supervised renovations, handled property management, and, at the end of the investment period, sold the properties. She also represented an investment group in Australia that purchased 45 condominiums for rentals over a 15-year term. The term has been realized, and the last condo was sold this year.

Looking to expand her knowledge, Betsy worked for a new homes residential developer as a Sales Executive. There, she learned more about the construction process of single-family homes from a developer's perspective. The training also emphasized teamwork, marketing, and customer service skills that Betsy has cleverly integrated into her methods of doing business.

Betsy is a dedicated real estate professional who lives in Satellite Beach, where she has been a valued resident for many years. Her extensive expertise covers the stunning beaches and vibrant communities of Brevard County, as well as the broader Central Florida and Greater Orlando areas. Betsy's knowledge extends from the picturesque neighborhoods of Winter Park and Dr. Phillips to the dynamic areas of Lake Nona, Downtown Orlando, and Windermere. With her comprehensive understanding of these diverse regions, Betsy is uniquely positioned to guide clients through their real estate journey with insight and professionalism.
