Originally from Virginia, Scott has been living and working full time in Costa Rica since 1998. Scott is a graduate from Hampden Sydney college with degrees in Political Science and Spanish. Scott has been with 2 Costa Rica since its inception and is arguably the most knowledgeable broker on the Central and South Pacific coast with an in depth knowledge and insight into the entire coast. Scott is also a member of the CCCBR.
