Vitaly Balasanov

I was born and raised in Baku and Moscow, making Russian my first language. Our family moved to USA in 1992, and settled in Lincoln, Nebraska, where I haveattended and graduated from University of Nebraska Lincoln and Omaha with International Business Administration and Criminal Justice Degrees, and made English my second language.
I have been involved in Real Estate for over 10 years, and cannot imagine myself doing anything else. I started with Property and Rental Management of various multi-dwelling apartment buildings, then took my RealEstate Board exam and got involved in all aspects of it. Moving to Costa Rica 8 years has been natural progression of my international personality. Having learned Spanish in my first year of being here, I have been involved in Resort and Condo Development in South and Central Pacific areas of Costa Rica, eventually making my way to the Central Valley, where I happily reside with my fiancée in Heredia and work in both residential and commercial aspects of Real Estate.
I am true believer in "work hard, play hard" principle. Balancing the life is what it's all about. Constant personal improvement has been a very important part of my life: working out, travelling, reading, cooking, socializing are all part of my everyday life.
