Philip Weiser

A well-travelled, multilingual New Zealander, Philip R. Weiser moved to Bermuda after terminating his studies in Lausanne, Switzerland. From there to the United States as an executive of an International Hotel corporation.

Appointed International Marketing Director of one of the world’s largest hotel groups based in London. Motivated by personal entrepreneurship and rich with his experiences, he created a company dedicated to the rental of luxury furnished apartments with all services, ideally located in central London.

Niche market, an undeniable alternative to luxury hotels, this company was very successful. Following this accomplishment, he chose to settle in the South of France and with conviction engages in luxury real estate on the French Riviera where he integrates a real estate development and transactions company as director.

In 1995 Philip established Carlton International, the first brand of the Carlton Group, now present across the Côte d'Azur, and in Cascais in Portugal with Property Management, Seasonal Rental and Luxury Villas sales departments together with the specialist activity of acquisition and sale of hotels.
