I love being a part of that life changing event for people. I have been an active full time Realtor here in Santa Cruz for 18 years however I have a background in television and advertising. Recently, I was awarded the Seniors Real Estate Specialist professional designation by the Seniors Real Estate Council. Senior Real Estate specialists help Seniors make wise decisions about selling the family home, buying rental property, managing capital gains and tax implications of owning real estate , obtaining reverse mortgages and other issues. By earning the SRES designation, I have demonstrated that I have the knowledge, experience and education to service all segments and age groups of our population .
