Susan Bridge

In addition to more than 14 years real estate experience, Realtor ® Susan Ayala-Bridge was the owner of a five-person agency in Winthrop. Susan, who has an enviable track record—she completed 50 transactions during her first year in the business—credits that success to her ability to really understand her clients’ needs and wants. “Buying or selling a home is often the largest transaction and one of the most angst-ridden people make in their lives,” she says. “I have the necessary skills and experience to guide my clients through the entire real estate experience; relieving their anxiety and making the process pleasurable.”

A resident of Swampscott, she is multi-lingual (English, Spanish, Italian and French) and has earned several professional real estate designations including; ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) and CBR (Certified Buyer’s Representative). Susan, who is also a Real Estate Broker, will be working out of the Marblehead office.
