I am an equestrian and I live in an equestrian neighborhood. This alone motivated me to be a Realtor and an equestrian specialist. Most of the properties I have sold have been horse properties either small or large ranches. I especially work in the Burbank/Glendale rancho, an absolutely wonderful place to live. There are horses in the streets every day and there is a tremendous comraderie amongst neighbors. It is truly a vacationland aura and a great place to come home to.
