Andrew Beardsley

Andrew joined Silverleaf Realty and partnered with Deborah Beardsley in 2010. Since that time, the pair has been directly involved in over $250 million in closed transactions, including resale/developer homesites and resale/build-to-suit/spec home sales. One of the highlights of the past few years include representing both the buyer and seller in the highest priced home sale in the entire Valley in 2011.

Prior to joining Silverleaf Realty, Andrew worked as a commercial mortgage banker with the Phoenix office of Johnson Capital. Specializing in retail, office, industrial and multifamily financing, Andrew worked directly on a large number of closed loans that successfully funded over $500 million. Past and present experiences allow Andrew to bring an extensive knowledge and understanding of both the financial and real estate side of any transaction which ensures that his client’s personal and financial needs are taken care of.
