In 2012, Felicia Jenkins hit the real estate pavement running in partnership with her Mother, Joyce Paloma. Together they form the JoyFel Team. Specializing in the South Denver Metro area and Douglas County, the Team has built a reputation as highly trusted real estate advisors in the area’s fast-paced residential market.

Felicia is a 3 rd generation Colorado Native. She is a Colorado State University Alumni with a degree in Apparel and Merchandising. Her background in the fashion, sales and service industries have given her deep roots in the importance of excellent customer service and respect for cutting edge marketing. Those skills transferred effortlessly into the luxury real estate world at LIV Sotheby’s International Realty. Over the years, she has sold all price ranges, from condos to a $6 million Castle and also specializes in rural estate properties, land and new construction.
