Description
Kelly believes that patience, perspective, integrity, a sense of humor, and the ability to analyze data within context are the qualities that have earned her the trust and respect of her clients, as well as a healthy referral business.
Since moving to Colorado in 1983, Kelly has worked for a Fortune 500 Company, and was instrumental in a local start-up that went public in the mid-nineties. In addition, she was able to pursue her passion by remodeling a historic adobe house in Southern Colorado, a 1906 Denver square, and building her most recent home in Colorado Golf Club. Working at Sotheby’s International Realty, Kelly has found a career that combines her extensive knowledge of marketing and finance, with her love of architecture, home building, and design—expertise she is eager to share with her clients.
Whether it is your first house, an investment property, or your dream home, Kelly takes pride in giving each of her clients the same professional service with a personal touch. Her commitment doesn’t end at the closing table. Kelly will continue to give annual updates on the market value of your home as well as any news on real estate locally, nationally and around the world.
Kelly believes in giving back to her community and is a member of the Rotary Club of Parker. Her focus is on helping Praying Hands Ranch, Parker Task Force, and the Make a Wish Foundation. Rotary’s motto is “Service Above Self”, an ethos she lives by.
With a love of all things Colorado, in her free time you’ll find Kelly hiking, golfing, walking her Labrador, or cooking with her family.

Testimonials
I live in Southern California and Kelly was able to list and sell my Washington Park home without my being in Denver. She handled everything very professionally and long distance! Thank you Kelly.
