“We recently worked with Mr. Groth to sell our home in Denver located at 2600 West Dorado Drive #22. Our experience was so positive we want to let you know you have a very accomplished Realtor in Todd. Our situation presented some challenges, and Todd rose up to meet each of them with a “can do” attitude. First, our home had had extensive repairs and renovations made during our ownership, which made prospective buyers skittish about buying the property. We knew the work we had done by professionals was sound and that the property was well worth the value we placed on it. Todd studied the plan of repair and had substantive conversations with our attorney, so he could speak well to our issues and linked up buyers with our attorney and engineer. All of his efforts paid off in the eventual buyer’s level of comfort with the home. In addition, we were not located in Colorado, but had moved to Virginia by the time Todd took over the sale of our home. Therefore, there were several occasions that Todd had to take over for us in seeing to minor touch ups to the house and made several trips to take care of these.

The main point we want people to know is Todd’s professionalism and knowledge of the Denver market. He conducted three open houses and followed up with everyone who showed an interest. In the end, he secured an offer and a backup offer within our price range and held them both until the Closing was complete the end of January. His telephone calls to us throughout the selling process alleviated a lot of our stress, particularly since Todd spoke with such assurance and knew the business so well.
