Dale has been a great asset for us to obtain this home. He made himself available at whatever hour and been very committed to seeing the process through that was beyond all measures. In all honesty, if it weren't for Dale through some of the issues, not cause by him, we would of walked away from this house. Dale Bisgrove, our real estate agent at Diane Turton is the consummate professional in every respect. My wife and I had one of the most complex transactions imaginable, So many things came up that are rarely seen on a real estate transaction. Dale was able to deal with them as if they were second nature to him. Furthermore, he persisted on a daily, non-stop basis to overcome these complexities caused by numerous other parties to the transaction that simply weren't doing their job or paying attention to their responsibilities. As a result, Dale had to shoulder an enormous amount of additional responsibility to do the job of the other professionals. He demonstrated one of the finest commitments to effective communication we have ever experienced. He maintained contact with us on a daily basis, oftentimes several times per day. On the rare occasion when he wasn't immediately available, he always got back to us very promptly. In a transaction involving numerous other professionals, Dale was the only voice of reason. There is no way to even put a price on his knowledge experience and sound advice on every aspect of selling a house. If you are going to hire Diane Turton it should be because Dale Bisgrove will be your agent. I want to be clear that my wife and I are not in the habit of giving glowing reviews like this, They have to be truly earned.

Dale consistently stayed in touch through the entire process from beginning to end. At the start, Dale gave good insights into how to set an asking price. At the end, Dale continued to follow up with us to confirm that the final funds had been successfully delivered to our bank. In between, he always alerted us to what needed to happen next (what level of clearing and cleaning would prepare the house for showing) or was going to happen next (when a prospective buyer would be coming through). He relayed comments from buyers so we had a sense of what people liked and didn’t like in our house and worked effectively and consistently with our lawyer and the buyer’s agent throughout the actual sale process. He contacted us with answers to questions we might (and did) have more often than we contacted him with our questions, making the complex and opaque process of working with a lawyer on a real estate transaction understandable and clear.
