A Minnesota native, I first discovered Naples in the early 90s. Enthusiastic about my new home and community, I wholeheartedly began my career in real estate. I quickly became a top producer at Arvida Realty Services, earning the prestigious Inner Circle awards. In May 2002, I joined Downing-Frye Realty, Inc., Naples largest real estate firm. In 2004, Downing-Frye has sales of two billion dollars, an all-time record the fifty year old firm. Since joining Downing-Frye Realty, I have achieved the top producer ranking in the top group of REALTORS® and continue to do so each year.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND Prior to my career in real estate in Naples, Florida, I enjoyed a successful career in fashion merchandising in Denver, Colorado. My initial accomplishments in the ski industry inspired further retail venture and let ultimately to the establishment and unqualified success of Marcia Rommel, Inc.,an upscale women’s specialty store at the Brown Palace Hotel in Denver, Colorado, catering to executive women in business. I acted as President from 1975 to 1981 when I sold the business and moved to Toronto, Canada.

In 1981, I was tapped by Harry Rosen of Harry Rosen, Inc., a long-established purveyor of traditional men’s wear, to create a women’s division for the iconic Harry Rosen stores. My vision to cater to executive women established ten stores across Canada in just three short years. I was a Toronto resident for over twenty years. I understand cross border issues and when I do not, I have a team of professionals that will guide a Canadian buyer through the process.

NAPLES, FLORIDA AND MY LIFESTYLE

My lifestyle includes being an active tennis player, golfer, and walker ,and work regularly at the Pelican Bay fitness and community center in Pelican Bay.

In addition to my unique knowledge of real estate in Naples, Bonita Bay, and Estero, I bring my personal energy to my buyers and sellers and promote the healthy lifestyle that I live every day. There are over 91 golf courses in Naples, Bonita Bay and Estero and I have a good idea that I know the golf course that would fit your game. Tennis? Tennis centers galore. I know them all!
