Perry Beneduce

Born and raised in New Jersey, Perry attended and graduated Delbarton Preparatory School in Morristown, New Jersey. He graduated Cum Laude from Ohio University with a BBA degree in Marketing and from George Washington University with an MBA in Program Management. After he completed his formal education, Perry went on to a successful 29-year career with AT&T and Lucent Technologies that included 18 years in Corporate Operations Management and 11 years leading their Marketing/Customer Satisfaction organizations worldwide. At both AT&T and Lucent Technologies Perry was selected to participate in their executive Leadership Continuity Programs earning him an Executive MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Upon his retirement from Lucent Technologies, Perry accepted a leadership position at Diane Turton, Realtors. He is currently the Executive Director of the Marketing, Leads and Referrals Division responsible for directing the marketing and business referrals/leads efforts of the Company worldwide. He is a member of the Diane Turton, Realtors Executive Team and is Broker/Manager of the Diane Turton, Realtors Spring Lake Office.

Perry has resided in Sea Girt, New Jersey since 1991 and has an exceptional knowledge of both local and national market values and industry trends. His reputation as a leader in the marketing arena and his outstanding business and communication skills has greatly contributed to his business success. He is a Board Member of the Monmouth Arts and the Delbarton Alumni Association.
