RENO, NV USA - Chase International recently welcomed three new Realtors to its Northern Nevada offices. Cynthia Williams represents her clients through the luxury firm’s Carson Valley office. Jessie Garcia Avalos is based in Reno and Mathew Layman works with buyers and sellers through Chase International’s Incline Village office.
Over the course of Cynthia William’s accomplished life, she started her own software company at the age of 28 and grew its product and sales partnerships to an extraordinary level of success. Within time, the company went public and was purchased for its innovation and value to its customers. Her ability to enhance business-to-business relationships started through that experience and during her education and acquisition of her Master’s in Business Administration degree.
“My ability to drive results is related to my quest to think outside the box and find the right solution,” said Williams.
Williams attributes her productive path in life to owning and running her own company where she learned to balance business and pleasure.
Applying her creative and communication skills, Williams wrote the book “Dogs of Alameda” which captured the life and love of dog owners throughout her community. Proceeds were donated to local animal rescue programs.
She has been awarded for her passion for supporting non-profits for pets and other critical need programs in life. Whether assisting her real estate clients through Chase International’s Carson Valley, Nevada, office or spending time with her family, Williams wraps herself with a lifestyle to help others and bring joy to all along the way.
Jessie Garcia Avalos grew up in the Northern Nevada area and returned home after attending college in both Washington and Las Vegas. Today, he assists buyers and sellers through Chase International’s Reno, Nevada, office.
Throughout his life, he traveled a path that has consistently beat the odds and achieved results that continually built his confident composure.
Avalos is a child of immigrants and the first person in his family to graduate from college. During his college career as an athlete, he spent time as a Spanish tutor, applying his bilingual skills to help underprivileged children improve their English language.
After college, Avalos worked with Aflac as a sales professional for several years, earning the Aflac Fast Start Award, among many others. His accomplishments and a life guided by mentors who recognized his capabilities are every reason why Avalos is successful and driven today.
“I listen intently, remain transparent and assess each client’s needs,” said Avalos. “No question is too big or too small, and nothing will get in my way to help my clients attain their dreams.”
Matthew Layman’s entrepreneurial spirit is the guiding light to his ability to take on any project and enjoy the ride along the way. In his formative years, he was a tour leader for international visitors. Through this experience, Layman learned to communicate with all walks of life as he guided the tourists through some of America’s most famous national parks and historic cities. 
More recently, he led his dynamic team at Fireside Pizza in Palisades Tahoe to appreciate the opportunity to ‘work to live’ while offering only the finest service and value to the business. This mindset shines through today as he assists his clients in Nevada and California through Chase International’s Incline Village, Nevada, office with his confident and caring nature.
“I just recently purchased a home and want to help others achieve a similar dream, sharing the excitement of the journey along the way,” said Layman.
