SEATTLE, WA – Monday, September 19th, members of the global Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate (LRE®) network began arriving in Seattle, WA to attend the 25th Annual Luxury Real Estate Fall Conference. The distinguished event brought together top real estate professionals, industry leaders, and accomplished speakers from around the world to connect, share and discuss the latest trends in the luxury real estate industry.
The event began with the exclusive Board of Regents programming, which opened with an evening welcome reception at the Columbia Tower Club, on the 76th Floor of the Columbia Center, boasting some of the best views of Seattle and Puget Sound. The following day, Regents heard from expert panels, led by Board of Regents members, discussing how companies and agents are adapting to the shifting real estate market, how to consistently close the deal, and the latest from Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate. Regents also attended round table discussions and a networking lunch. That evening, an additional reception was held to welcome newly arrived guests and kick off formal programming.
Keynote speaker Marc Davison, Co-Founder of 1000watt presented “Moving Beyond Personal Branding” to the audience in an interactive format, teaching members how to create powerful branding and stand out from the masses. Marc also took the audience on an engaging journey inside the workings of a brand agency to reveal the hidden secrets of how to build a lasting and loved brand.
In addition, Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate members enjoyed several sessions throughout the conference regarding ‘How to be a Lion in Your Market’, ‘Local Innovators in Real Estate Technology’, and ‘Top 5 Things to Know When Starting a New Social Media Platform’ among others. Attendees also engaged in round table discussions examining commonalities and potential new business opportunities. LRE® unveiled two new strategic partnerships with Real Estate Webmasters and Adfenix, covering new member benefits in both website creation and social media advertising.
Attendees also enjoyed a private yacht tour through Lake Union into Lake Washington, showcasing the beauty of the Pacific Northwest from the water while learning fascinating history and interesting facts of the places along the way. The yacht tour provided a close-up view of luxury homes, several high-profile, with narration by Ewing & Clark, Inc.
