In Nevada, Jane Valentin represents her clients through the firm’s Carson Valley office while Oswaldo “Ozzie” Sanchez is based in Zephyr Cove. David Latshaw works with buyers and sellers through Chase International’s South Lake Tahoe, California office.
From her experience back east in North Carolina to her home here in Nevada, Jane Valentin relishes the opportunity to help her clients throughout the Carson Valley find the perfect spot to call home. Before her real estate experience,
Valentin was highly involved in the legal field, working with attorneys and their clients in litigation and regulatory processes. All of which refined her astute ability to negotiate the fairest offer for her clients’ real estate investments.
“I am very conscious of what people are looking for; whatever needs to be done, gets done,’ said Valentin. “I will provide the resources for anything my clients may need, even after the sale is completed.”
Valentin attributes her ability to take on these challenges with grit and integrity to her ‘super role model Mom.’ Whenever time allows, she loves life at home, cooking, gardening, and looking forward to family time, the latter of which she treasures most.
Oswaldo “Ozzie” Sanchez was born and raised throughout the High Sierra and knows the territory well.
Throughout his career he has been involved in the hospitality business as a Maître D’, Sommelier and restaurant consultant with some of the region’s finest establishments. 
During the course of time, Sanchez has welcomed customers from around the world through his bilingual communication skills and trained hundreds of employees along the way.
“Exceptional service starts and ends with ‘the solution.’ When a situation arises, I look at the positive, work my way through and move on,” said Sanchez. “There are always solutions to any problem, and that is my focus, to find a happy and successful outcome.”

Always one to take care of others first, Sanchez finds time to ‘pay it forward,’ buying meals for strangers and sharing his culinary skills with friends and family by his side.
For over three decades, David Latshaw has touched every aspect of the real estate industry, and then some.
He owned the charming Fireside Lodge in South Lake Tahoe and the innovative Midtown Marketplace in Carson City. Latshaw was also involved in the sales and finance departments with Chrysler corporation and was promoted in management to a Director’s position.
Throughout all his successful endeavors, he consistently ensured that his community benefited from his entrepreneurial business ventures.
Over the years, Latshaw has donated his time, talent and treasures to support the Boys and Girls Club, Hot August Nights, and many other organizations. All of which are every reason his South Lake Tahoe clients will tell you that Latshaw always puts other’s needs above everything else.
