Madison Littlejohn
Born and raised in the United Kingdom by her Canadian parents, Madison is a dual-national British and Canadian passport holder. Madison graduated from the University of Huddersfield with a bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism and Media in 2016. Since then, Madison has had the privilege of working for two well-known radio stations, known as the Pulse of West Yorkshire and Radio Aire. Chasing progression, Madison moved on to working behind the scenes of famous British T.V programmes and commercials such as; “Location, Location, Location”, and “The Million Pound Drop”. Madison chose to direct her career toward marketing and advertising and spent several years working in the marketing and digital merchandising department for two high-end e-commerce brands selling luxury products online. Madison moved to the French Riviera in late 2019 for love and has joined the Carlton Group to assist the Marketing team with all things English and help lead the advertising towards the United Kingdom and American markets.
Melanie August
Passionate about market trends and new technologies Mélanie obtained a degree in Information and Communications at the Faculty of Letters of the University of Nice Sophia-Antipolis. Melanie first came to us as an intern as she continued her studies. After attaining her master's degree in marketing and communication strategies she became in charge of general marketing for the Carlton Group. Melanie is assisted by the P.R. department, which organises social networks and public relations. A native of the region, Melanie has a deep understanding of the nature of the French Riviera lifestyle and directs the promotional campaigns concerning the multiple services provided by the Carlton Group's brands dealing in the management, rental and sales of exceptional real estate.
Léa Perrier-Doran
Lea had aspirations to travel, so she took a year out to explore Australia. Whilst working and touring Australia, she was able to perfect her English and is now fluently bilingual. When Lea returned home to France, she continued her studies and attained a degree in 'Business Tourism - and Events'' in Toulouse. She later fell in love with the French Riviera and joined the Carlton Group as part of a Masters's degree in Marketing & Communication Strategies. As Lea is naturally creative and enthusiastic, she assists the marketing team by managing social media platforms and P.R. campaigns. By working closely with the marketing team Lea is responsible for generating interest and attention for the Carlton Group. And promoting our abundance of professional services, our outstanding property portfolio and our dedicated consultants on the internet and in the press.
Manon Davril
Manon is another of our impressive and dynamic trilingual team members who fluently speaks English, French and Italian! Manon was always passionate about foreign languages and international business affairs and achieved a degree in Applied Foreign Languages at the Faculty of Nantes. Manon decided to put her language skills to the test and decided to complete a year in the south of Italy with the Erasmus program. This rich linguistic experience gave her the desire to spend eight months in England as an au pair. On her return, she continued her studies at the University of Nice Côte d’Azur with a Masters's degree in Languages and International Affairs, Franco-Italian relations. Manon quickly fell in love with Nice and its promiscuity with Italy. And soon joined the Carlton Group as part of her internship - where she will learn to fuse her international relations skills with the luxury real estate industry in which she has always had an interest.
Valentine Kagenaar
After achieving a communications degree at the Institute of Nice Valentine joined Carlton Group as a part of her Master's degree. Valentine is passionate about photography and works as a photographer in parallel with her studies. Her chosen subject allows her to acquire knowledge in different areas such as digital and business communications. This, combined with her experience in photography provides her with priceless transferable skills. Valentine is now part of the marketing team and contributes to the collective digital creative at the Carlton Group.
