Small has been a highly successful licensed real estate sales agent for more than 35 years. A Top-Producer, Small is originally from Toronto, Canada where he is still a member of the Toronto Real Estate Board and the Canadian Real Estate Association.
In Toronto in 1990, Small achieved Broker status and earned his Appraisal Designation. Two years later, he opened his own firm and managed 75 agents. Small successfully operated that firm until 2014, having overseen more than 15,000 real estate transactions.
In 2012 Small visited Florida and knew this was where his “new hometown” would be. He chose to make Vero Beach his permanent home and became licensed in Florida in 2015.
Small specializes in international buyers and sellers. Having experienced it himself, he understands the unique obligations and requirements associated with being a foreign national. Small’s exceptional communication and negotiation skills comes from years of putting his customers needs first and offering “white glove service”.
