Vice President of Marketing Luke Trigwell provided insights on the panel, “Marketing Shift: Change Your Messaging with an Evolving Market,” that was presented to 150 top luxury agents and brokers.
The 45-minute-long panel included four marketing leaders from brokerages of all sizes from around the world who spoke on the how-to’s of changing messaging to ensure consumer confidence, local messaging versus global
headlines, content and tools for agent productivity, and what marketing is working in which market right now. Angelica Franco (The Noble Agency), Amy Perlman Pye (Real Estate Webmasters), and Kristen Muller (milehimodern) joined Trigwell as panelists.
Trigwell concluded the panel discussion with some advice for agents: “Play the long game, even if the market is quiet, don’t let the lack of inventory make you invisible. Don’t slow down your marketing. Always be present, always be relevant.”
