Originally from New Jersey, Kreutz began her real estate career in 1997 while living abroad in St. Petersburg, Russia. There she worked for one of the top international real estate firms in the city for almost 10 years, eventually opening her own real estate firm in St. Petersburg, Russia in 2009.
Her vast experience with rentals, sales and property management stems from repeat client business with the many growing international companies establishing satellite offices in St. Petersburg. These included well-known names such as Coca Cola, Philip Morris, 3M, Ernst & Young, Citibank, Kelly Services, KPMG, Fraport, Merloni, Price Waterhouse Coopers and Deloitte. In addition, many of the local Consulates came to rely on Kreutz’s professionalism and expertise in the local market when seeking suitable housing for their Diplomats.
Kreutz enjoys an excellent reputation with her extensive client base due to her superior customer service and integrity. A former professional ballerina, Kreutz learned at a young age, to master focus, dedication and hard work and has seamlessly transferred those traits to the real estate arena.
