Colorado Springs, September 24, 2009, Kevin Patterson, a Colorado Springs REALTOR® has been awarded the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation by the Council of Residential Specialists, the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®.
REALTORS® who receive the CRS Designation have completed advanced courses and have demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate. Fewer than 38,000 REALTORS® out of over 1.1 million REALTORS® nationwide have earned the credential.

Kevin Patterson is the Broker / Owner of The Patterson Group real estate company in Colorado Springs. He is a member of the Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS®. Kevin, as a former US Marine Corps officer, believes in giving back to his community. He on the Board of the Colorado Springs Regional Economic Development Corporation and a member of the Board of Trustees, Colorado Springs School. He has also participated in the past as a member of the board of Penrose St. Francis Hospital, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and Kissing Camels Property Owners Association just to mention a few.
