Sandy Trenschel (left)has been a practicing real estate professional since 1999 and has consistently focused on the luxury real estate market. Her knowledge and experience combined with her devoted attention to the needs of her clients has made her a consistent top producer in the luxury market. She dedicates her full time and attention to her clients. She enjoys spending time with her husband, three children and two dogs.
Belinda Fernandez (right) is a native Houstonian growing up in the Houston Heights area. She is a Texas Licensed Broker (since 2006) and holds both the GRI and ABR Designations. Belinda specializes in the Innerloop, Houston Heights and Lindale Park areas as well as the Galveston Waterfront areas as she spent the first part of her real estate career selling waterfront properties as vacation/2nd homes to her many clients.
