Prior to joining Weidel Realtors, Mr. Violette was President of RealEstate.com, where he initially served as Senior Vice President of RealEstate.com, Realtors. In this role, he led the development and launch of RealEstate.com's company-owned brokerage. In 2007, Mr. Violette was promoted to President of RealEstate.com, which included the company-owned brokerage as well as the company's other real estate businesses. Before joining RealEstate.com, he served as President of Weichert Lead Network, Inc. and Weichert Rental Network, Inc. and was responsible for their overall development and subsequent launch. Mr. Violette began his career as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) & Vice President of Business Development of YHD-Foxtons. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts and an MBA with distinction from Bentley's McCallum Graduate School of Business.
Mr. Violette has vast experience working with affiliated businesses including mortgage, insurance, builder services, title, relocation and home services. He is known for creating an inspirational and productive environment for Sales Associates, Managers and Staff.
