In Palmetto, Sandy Drapala of the Bradenton Office brought both sides to the area’s largest sale so far this year. The elegant waterfront property sold for $1.2 million on April 2.
Another waterfront property in Palmetto sold for $715,000 on February 17. Debbie Vogler of the Bradenton office represented both sides of this 5,028 square foot home’s sale.
In Lakewood Ranch, Jody Shinn of the the Bradenton office brought the buyers to a waterfront property that sold for $745,000 on March 5. Ian and Julie Cutmore of Prudential Palms Realty represented the sellers.
Jody Shinn again brought the buyers to a sale in Lakewood Ranch on April 9. John Camino of the Lakewood Ranch office represented the sellers in the closing of the $925,000 Mediterranean masterpiece.The $965,000 sale of a Waterlefe residence on May 28 closed through the combined efforts of Kathleen Valente of the Bradenton Office, representing the sellers, and Stacy Haas of the Lakewood Ranch office, representing the buyers.
Another Bradenton property sold on May 17 for $850,000, this time in Palma Sola Park. Sandy Drapala of the Bradenton office represented the sellers in the closing of this historic estate. Deborah Thrasher of Wagner realty brought the buyers.
