New York, NY, October 14, 2010: Women In Relocation, a New York City-based national organization of relocation professionals, held their 4th Annual Fall Event on September 30th. At the event, members planned Women In Relocation’s forthcoming charitable activities including, a food pantry drive for “The Bridge Fund of Westchester,” an accessory drive for “Dress For Success,” as well as the 5th Holiday Luncheon and Silent Auction.
Women In Relocation has made great strides this year including rolling out their redesigned website, www.womeninrelo.com. The website now features extensive information on all the charities Women In Relocation has supported since its inception. “As Women In Relocation continues to grow, it is important not only to keep members informed but to share information about these vital local charities,” said Silvana Malpelli, Senior Vice President at Brown Harris Stevens and founder of Women In Relocation. “Our goal this year is for one hundred percent participation of all of our members in assisting these essential groups.”
Silvana Malpelli also announced that the 5th Annual Holiday Luncheon and Silent Auction will benefit “The Bridge Fund of Westchester” and will be held on Wednesday, December 1st at BancCafe in New York City at noon.
