Originally from the Hudson Valley town of Poughkeepsie, New York, Ms. Curtin relocated to Longboat Key in 2001. Having been awarded a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and a master’s in education from the State University of New York, she offers extensive professional experience to complement her 30-plus years in the real estate industry.
Curtin excels in assisting buyers and sellers with residential properties of all types throughout Longboat Key; as well as those located in Lakewood Ranch, University Park, downtown Sarasota and more. Over her years as a real estate professional, she has earned the following designations to enhance the level of service she provides her clients: New York and Florida broker’s licenses, Certified Relocation Specialist (CRI), Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), E-certified (e-PRO), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and Fine Homes Specialist (FHS).

In addition to her professional and volunteer activities, Ms. Curtin is an avid tennis player and has also found time to write her first children’s book which she hopes to have published in the near future.
