Nicholson earned her real estate license in 2005 and is a member of the National Association of Realtors. She achieved membership in the Denver Board of Realtors’ Million Dollar Roundtable recognizing superior sales production each year since 2007. Nicholson holds the Certified Residential Specialist designation recognizing the successful completion of stringent continuing education courses in real estate.

Nicholson earned her bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University and was a full-time mother to four daughters for 10 years prior to pursuing a career in real estate. She enjoys tennis, skiing, yoga, and sporting events.
