Previous to joining the APR Los Gatos office, Trolan managed the Los Gatos office of Coldwell Banker, and prior to that was Senior Vice President/Silicon Valley Regional Manager of Coldwell Banker, overseeing 16 offices.
Jeff Barnett, APR Vice President & South Bay Regional Manager, is very excited to have her on board to assist in the highly rated Los Gatos office. “I am looking forward to having Karen on the current management team,” Barnett said.

Trolan’s knowledge and experience in leadership, managing, coaching and teaching afford her the tools to help successfully assist the Los Gatos office and its agents. She has an extensive background in the real estate industry, as a top agent, opening and leading offices as a Managing Real Estate Broker and in Commercial and Residential Property Management and Sales. Throughout her career, Trolan has led managing brokers, sales executives and staff, and has been responsible for supporting managers and agents in real estate offices from Palo Alto to Gilroy.
