Ellen Purdy, Property Manager for Harbor Bay Realty’s Property Management Department has just returned from the California Conference of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). While at the conference, she attended workshops provided by experts in the field as well as representatives from the California Department of Real Estate and the California Apartment Association. Ellen is the Education Chairperson for CALNARPM and her commitment to education is a clear signal of the level of professional service she wishes to provide her customers and clients.

The professional course work provided through NARPM is taught throughout the year in various areas. Members often travel from across the country to attend these NARPM courses. They are unique to the real estate industry as they specifically address the needs of residential property managers. Courses are provided on subjects ranging from Personnel to Maintenance.
