A licensed agent since 1974 and a broker since 1978, Cosby has long been dedicated to advancing both her profession and community. On multiple occasions she served as the committee chair for what was then the Oxnard-Harbor Board of Realtors PAC; committee chair and later education committee chair for the OHBOR (later the Ventura County Coastal Association of Realtors); president, OHBOR; seven years chair of the Ombudsman Committee for VCCAR; OHBOR “Realtor of the Year” in 1988, and was honored by the VCCAR as “Broker/Owner of the Year” in 2002.
Cosby is also a past member of the board of directors of the Ventura County Maritime Museum, and past president of the Channel Islands Waterfront HOA.
