Broker and owner J. Philip (Phil) Faranda has grown his firm from its humble beginning in 2005 as a one-person office to one of Westchester County’s premier boutique brokerages with over 25 associates in just 7 years, and during a decided slump in the real estate market. Mr. Faranda, one of the top 20 producers for closed transactions out of 6500+ agents in the marketplace, is serving his third term as Vice President of the Hudson Gateway MLS in 2012, and was recently appointed to a Zillow Advisory Board, one of just 20 agents selected nationwide.
