Barbara Bulen’s real estate career began in the 1990’s in Southern California mentoring under a top-producing real estate agent. Originally from Southern California, Bulen moved to the Lake Norman area in 2010 to experience the 
captivating beauty and quality of life. She started selling real estate in 2005 with Coldwell Banker in California and was shortly after named “Rookie of the Year” in 2006 and “Star Performer” in 2009. Bulen has experience in managing high-end to low-end properties and everything in between. Bulen, her husband, and three sons now live in Terrell where she enjoys cycling, yoga, gardening, baking, and cooking for her family. She is thrilled is be a part of the Lake Norman Realty team and is looking forward to sharing her knowledge and passion for real estate.

Although Ty Chapman is newly licensed, he has been active in real estate investing for the past nine years and has held a passion for the industry from a very early age. He holds a BS in Business Administration from Waynesburg University and a BS in Mortuary Science from the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science. Chapman, his wife, and two children moved from West Virginia to the Lake Norman area 4 ½ years ago. They currently reside in Charlotte where he enjoys gardening, listening to live music, cooking for his family, and cheering on West Virginia University’s football and basketball teams. Placing strong value on customer service is Chapman’s number one strength. He is looking forward to helping anyone with their real estate needs, but will primarily focus on new clients and retirees choosing to relocate to the Lake Norman area. Prior to starting a career in real estate, Rich Percudani excelled in sales in the fitness industry for twenty years. Percudani holds a BA in Business Management from Sacred Heart University in Connecticut where he and his wife moved from 10 years ago. They currently reside in Sherrills Ford where he enjoys playing golf, softball, and doing home improvement projects. Percudani chose to affiliate with Lake Norman Realty, Inc. because of its dedication to their associates and the community.

Sherri Moran is newly licensed and a member of the local, state, and national REALTORS Associations. Moran is also receiving post-licensing training at Lake Norman Realty which encompasses all aspects of real estate transactions, providing mastery of the latest proven techniques for professional development. Moran and her husband relocated from Virginia to Charlotte in 1985 and have since moved to the Lake Norman area in 2000 to start a new teaching position in Iredell/Statesville schools. Moran holds a BA in Elementary Education from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She enjoys volunteering at her church, decorating, and designing landscapes and floral arrangements. Moran also has a daughter, Morgan. She is dedicated to meeting the needs of her clients, determined to sell or help clients buy a home, and dependable for whenever her clients need assistance. He has also coached swimming at numerous secondary education schools in North Carolina and has earned many esteemed awards over the years. Queen holds a BS in Education from Western Carolina University. He is newly licensed and a member of the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association. Queen, his wife, and three children reside in Huntersville where they enjoy camping and outdoor activities. He is eager to assist his clients in their real estate endeavors and striving for success.
