Listed by Kim & Michael Ogilvie—agents with the Main Street office of Michael Saunders & Company—the property, located at 1452 Hillview Drive, was only on the market for just over three months before being placed under contract by the buyer. It was listed for $7.9 million. John Woodward, of Sarasota Real Estate Group, represented the buyer.
Just a week ago, on February 25th, a Siesta Key property was sold for $10 million with agents from MS&C facilitating both sides of the transaction.
