SAN FRANCISCO, CA - The continual growth of Vanguard Properties, the well-known San Francisco Real Estate firm headed by Principal James Nunemacher for almost 30 years, has never been more evident. Today the firm announced their plans to open their first wine country office based in downtown Healdsburg, California.
The office will be located at 421 Healdsburg Avenue, directly next door to the famed Cousteaux Bakery, two blocks from the renowned town plaza of Healdsburg. The office design is in progress and plans include a large back garden lounge to entertain clients at their leisure while looking at properties in both Wine Country and San Francisco. The new location is in the center of the all shops, restaurants and tasting rooms nearby that include the fabulous SHED, the new Healdsburg gathering space that is equal parts wine, beer and fermentation bar, and a high end home supply store.
Vanguard Properties is confident that the cross pollination of their two offices in San Francisco with their new Healdsburg location will not only serve San Francisco buyers looking for property in Wine Country but Healdsburg sellers getting the “right” exposure in the San Francisco marketplace.
Vanguard is known for their unique, fresh and exciting approach to marketing homes. Many Real Estate agents in Healdsburg, and the surrounding areas, are very interested in what Vanguard has to offer in marketing versus their competitors. “Our company takes a different approach to marketing Real Estate and supporting our agents. We work in collaboration to assist our agents and clients to achieve success,” said Principal James Nunemacher.
