HAWAII ISLAND, HAWAII - For the second time in four years, Hualalai Realty’s Principal Broker and Director of Residential Sales, Rob Kildow, has been named the No. 1 realtor in the state by Hawaii Business magazine. Hualalai Realty sells real estate exclusively for Hualalai Resort on the North Kona Kohala coast. The announcement was made on May 30.
Each year, Hawaii Business magazine compiles a list of the “Top 100 Realtors” across the state, based on total sales volume in the home resale market for single-family homes and condominiums.

He also cited an improving economy and luxury home market throughout the state for not only increased home sales, but escalating real estate prices as well.

In the first quarter of 2013, Kildow and his team already achieved more than 90 percent of 2012’s strong sales, in both volume and revenue. With demand high, Kildow says, Hualalai Realty is on track toward another record-breaking year.
