Over the course of his real estate career, Michael has gained a significant amount of experience handling residential rental properties. But what truly sets him apart from other professionals is his diverse background and highly valuable skill set. A practicing attorney who focuses on corporate and securities law, Michael also holds an MBA in Finance.
“My legal background has provided me with robust analytic and negotiation skills,” Michael said. “It’s also made me extremely detail-oriented and diligent in all aspects of a transaction. Meanwhile, my finance background has given me the technical ability to provide analyses that most agents simply cannot do.”
Michael completed his undergraduate work at Cal State Long Beach before earning his JD and MBA at Pepperdine University.
