ASPEN, CO - The Aspen office of Coldwell Banker Mason Morse has hired four new agents: Tami Word, Johnryan Flynn, Steve Harriage and Judd Clarence to support the increasing market opportunities in Aspen.
“These new brokers all have deep roots here and are passionate about the town and the lifestyle,” said Jonathan Boxer, supervising broker in the Aspen office. “Just as important, they have real estate in their DNA, with experience ranging from project sales to development and construction. There's no question that they represent some of the best new talent we have seen in a long time.”
As a Colorado native, Tami Word knows Aspen inside and out and loves sharing her Aspen lifestyle with real estate clients, friends, and ski guests. Word is an accomplished ski instructor and Diamond Pro, and in fact learned to ski at Aspen Highlands at three years old. Growing up in Texas, she graduated from Texas A&M University in political science and marketing. Word, moved to Washington D.C., where she attended the Leadership Institute and worked in the House of Representatives and Senate as well as the National Republican Senatorial Committee and as a lobbyist before returning to her favorite mountain town.
As the son of a real estate developer and an interior designer, Johnryan Flynn began his career in real estate sales and development in Hilton Head, South Carolina. In more than a decade, he completed over 100 homes in Hilton Head and Charleston. He first visited Aspen as a youth, and finally had the opportunity to return five years ago where he's been ever since. Behind the scenes, Flynn is active and passionate about giving back to the community; he is a ski coach at AVSC, and originally hails from Boston.
Steve Harriage is an experienced resort specialist who has been connecting customers with luxury properties in high-end resorts for more than 15 years. He has worked in foreign and domestic markets offering all types of properties including luxury fractional clubs, ski-in ski-out residences, beachfront villas, and homes along some of your favorite golf courses. Harriage grew up in Minnesota where frequent trips to Colorado, Wyoming, and Canada with his family nurtured his passion for the outdoors. His love of skiing and the outdoors brought him to Boulder where he graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in entrepreneurship and small business management. While he maintains strong connections and extensive knowledge of many markets, he is now based in Aspen.
Born and raised in Johannesburg South Africa, Judd Clarence left the country after university and began selling commercial and residential real estate in his early 20s, as well as buying rental properties in England and the U.S. to develop his own property portfolio. Clarence settled in Florida expanding his business as a developer, landlord, and top-producing Realtor with Re/Max Partners. Upon arriving in Aspen, with the looming and imminent sub-prime crash, Clarence opened Aspen Luxury Brokers and Giant Construction in tandem. As a top South African swimmer, water polo player and sponsored cyclist, Clarence learned discipline, focus and relentless determination. Clarence is an avid surfer and snowboarder and has over 12 years’ experience as an extreme martial arts fighter, holding black belts in multiple styles.
