CORNELIUS, NC - For the seventh consecutive year, Lake Norman Realty has been honored as a top-ranked finalist in the Charlotte Business Journal's annual "Best Places to Work" contest. This year the firm placed third among twenty-seven participants in the Mid-Sized Business category for the Charlotte Metro region. Lake Norman Realty’s President, Abigail Jennings, accepted the award at the Best Places to Work luncheon held at the Charlotte Convention Center on Friday, November 15th, 2013.
When asked about Lake Norman Realty’s consistent success in the “Best Places to Work” contest, Jennings credited her understanding of the value that her associates’ feedback provides for the company. “I believe we are all in this together, company leadership and associates alike,” she said. “If it were not for our associates’ creative insight and constant efforts to make this a better company, Lake Norman Realty would not be what it is today. Since 2006, Charlotte Business Journal has conducted their annual "Best Places to Work" contest to celebrate companies that create workplaces valued by their employees.
