Held in cooperation with Qatar Airways, M1NT Private Club, Beneteau Yachts and Interior Design, LPS Shanghai 2013 was supported by over 100 media partners and show sponsors, and welcomed 80 exhibitors from over 25 countries.

REALTOR® Rebecca Hoffman made the trip to China, and attended the event on behalf of the brokerage. “This conference and exhibition provided me with a wonderful opportunity to renew old acquaintances and establish new friendships with folks in Asia, and really from throughout the world,” said Ms. Hoffman of the experience. “What is taking place in China is truly remarkable. The people there are beginning to accumulate wealth and they find ownership of property in the U.S. to be a very secure and attractive investment.”
While at the conference, Hoffman used the mobile app “myTheo” to show active and sold listings of San Francisco properties in real time.
