According to the April 2014 RealTrends ranking report of the 500 largest residential brokerages in the country, after only 10 years in business, Paragon impressively ranks third in the nation for average sales per agent and fourth for average sales price. Paragon continues to outperform the market on the residential side increasing their market share. Year over year, their residential sales have increased 26% by dollar volume and 11% by unit sales.
In the luxury home market, Paragon is one of the top four brokerages in San Francisco by dollar volume sales consistently achieving the highest Sales Price-to-Original List Price percentage.
Paragon's investment/commercial sales have also increased each year a spectacular 287% by dollar volume (to approximately $261M) and 169% by unit sales.
