DENVER, CO - Fuller Sotheby’s International Realty (FSIR) is pleased to announce the addition of Tom Day, to its quality Breckenridge brokerage team. A 25-year real estate veteran in Summit County, Day, brings an unparalleled level of service to Colorado’s real estate market with stellar knowledge of the Breckenridge area.
“With decades of experience in luxury mountain resort market sales, Tom offers passion, enthusiasm and knowledge about our Summit County community,” said Melanie Frank, managing broker of the FSIR Breckenridge office. “Tom's positive attitude and approachable, helpful nature are a welcome addition to our team.”
Growing up in Montana with skiing and the mountains at his fingertips, Day is an avid outdoorsman. He holds an engineering and music degree from Montana State and a GRI designation. Day has called Breckenridge home for a quarter of a century, sharing his passion for real estate, and the mountain resort town with others.
“I have been selling real estate here in Breckenridge for half my life. I know the market very well,” said Day. “I am excited to join Fuller Sotheby's International Realty because of the resources they offer and the international exposure. I have been all over the world and seen the Sotheby's International Realty name everywhere. It is exciting to be involved with the top real estate team in the world.”
Day became a realtor in Breckenridge in 1989. His building and engineering experience, combined with a vast knowledge of the town of Breckenridge and the real estate opportunities within it, have given him the tools to represent his clients with skill and integrity.
Demonstrating a high level of community involvement in Breckenridge and Summit County, Day has served as the coach of the Snow Tigers football team, a guitar teacher at Upper Blue elementary school, and a coach of the after school Nordic Ski program.
An equestrian enthusiast, Day has also volunteered at the Swan Center Outreach horse rescue center where he’s helped care for, and train, approximately thirty five horses, using only the most humane training techniques.
Day has competed on the award-winning Breckenridge Budweiser International Snow Sculpting Team for 20 years, winning three 3rd places and the championship in 2006 and 2013. Having competed internationally in Russia and France, Day and his team will compete at the 2015 X-Games.
A year round outdoorsman and ski enthusiast, Day is eager to share his passion for mountain living with clients. To provide the highest level of service to the luxury resort market of Summit County, Sotheby’s International Realty announced the grand opening of a new office in Breckenridge, CO, in December. Located in the historic Theobald Building at the 100% traffic intersection of Main Street and Ski Hill Road, the new Breckenridge location will ensure buyers and seller’s maximum exposure with a local footprint and global exposure.
